West Leederville Plumbing was founded in 1976 by Neil Williams, making its start in residential plumbing. In 2013 the business passed to Ross Vermaak, a long-standing employee and mentee of Neil's, who has managed it successfully ever since.
Ross manages a team of dedicated, experienced and passionate employees, who deliver tailored services to Perth's metropolitan area and surrounding regions. Ross drives his team hard, expecting nothing less than excellency, and the results speak for themselves.

West Leederville Plumbing has been providing plumbing and civil drainage services for commercial and industrial builders in and around the metro area of Perth for decades, and has established strong working relationships with our clients, including major land developers and leading civil and construction companies.
Ross was born and raised on a farm in Zimbabwe. He decided to move to the UK for brighter prospects, spending four years there and meeting his Australian wife Tracey.
Upon arriving in Perth, Ross first started his apprenticeship with Jono Dale Plumbing and then with H2Only until meeting Neil Williams in 2008. He completed his apprenticeship at WLP in 2011. Neil offered Ross the opportunity of taking over WLP once he obtained the knowledge and skills to do so.
Over time, Ross found himself managing the business while Neil took on more of a consultancy role. On 1 October 2013, Ross took over WLP.
